First Appointment

To ensure the best service possible, a health update is necessary as part of the initial visit. Please allow an extra 10-15 minutes for evaluation (this is separate from the hands-on session time). You're also welcome to fill out the Health History Intake Form ahead of time and bring it with you to your session.

Cancellations

I understand that unexpected events may cause you to be late or to miss your appointment. In all fairness to both of us, I greatly appreciate your consideration in giving me as much notice ahead of time as possible and I promise to do the same if I need to cancel/reschedule.

No Show: There's a $25 "no-show" fee for appointments that are missed without letting me know that you need to cancel/reschedule.

Lateness

Client is financially responsible for the full session based on the time booked for the appointment.

Payment

Cash or check can be used at the time of the appointment or online via cash.me or venmo. Credit cards accepted via paypal.
Receipt or invoice provided upon request.
A $25 fee is charged for returned checks.
